Guilmon costume I made, and wore to Anime Detour 09.
Working on this reminded me to upload those old wallpapers.  It was a lot of fun to make, and wearing it around the convention was a blast. <Replaced with a better picture> It was inspired by the costume made by GuardianSandi,  I always liked Guilmon from season 3 of Digimon, but never really considered making a costume until I saw that one. I'm Holydramon in dA's Digimon Crew.
I'm Examon in dA's Royal Knights Union.
I just went to a local upholstery place, and purchased some of their foam. I had to glue a few pieces together to get a block large enough to carve the head out of.
After I had the block, I carved it with just some simple razor blades from Home Depot. The electric knife shredded the foam when I tried it.
After it was all carved, I just covered it with some fabric, and attached the extra pieces. (Ears and cheek spikes)
